- Designed and developed the College’s first comprehensive website (www.massart.edu) in 1999/2000 using HTML, and JavaScript
- Incorporated dynamic tools and content into the site, including a calendar system, video tours, and news blog
- Interfaced regularly with faculty, staff, and students to develop and implement new initiatives and content
- Designed and developed various micro-sites for the College
Project Management
- Oversaw the award-winning redesign of the College’s website in 2002; working with Deans, Directors, the President of the College, and a design and development consulting firm. Managed the implementation and maintenance of the new site, which included a custom-built content management system
- Coordinated with faculty, staff, and students to develop site architecture and content
- Managed student interns to develop student-run portions of the site

- Provided guidance on web communications strategy for College President, deans and departmental directors
- Advised Communications department on technology and hardware purchases
Initiatives
- Drafted and implemented institution-wide web policies working with core web team, including Director of Communications, Dean of Admissions, and Chief Information Officer (CIO)
- Spearheaded an initiative to acquire a new content management system (CMS). Conducted research and reported findings to CIO, ultimately leading to acquisition of the College’s new CMS
- Initiated second website redesign in 2006 and worked with information architecture consultant on research and wireframing
- Initiated hiring process for the college’s new System Administrator position
- Redeveloped the College’s intranet site
